TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The Booking Process
After we have agreed on hire items and price you will receive an invoice via email to pay 30% deposit upfront (You will have 7 days to pay the deposit - if the deposit isn’t paid within 7 days you will have to re-book with us). The remaining amount will need to be paid 2 weeks before an event and 6 weeks before a wedding date, unless agreed otherwise. Within the email you will receive a copy of the terms and conditions of hire.
TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALES
If you have placed an order with us for an item which you have bought e.g. (Memorial gift or keep sake flowers at your wedding). These items will be non-refundable once bought as each item will be tailed made for you. If you are ordering bespoke items for your event they will be travelled with the décor and handed over to you (these are then for you to keep). Any items purchased for personal use e.g. for your home or a loved ones grave, we will give you an estimate delivery date and the price upfront. Once payment has come through in full we will begin creating your bespoke item and keep you posted through out the making process .
